DRAXIN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAXIN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,037 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAXIN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01066, NIFKP9, and MIR511. Each is linked with DRAXIN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAXIN-to-partner and partner-to-DRAXIN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01066 grouped by DRAXIN-low versus DRAXIN-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAXIN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAXIN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
