DRAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,808 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UBE2L6, OAS3, and CDKN1B. Each is linked with DRAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DRAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DRAP1 versus UBE2L6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
