Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,326 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DR1, MTF2, and CCDC18. Each is linked with DRAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DRAP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DRAP1 versus DR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
