Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIGAR. Each is linked with DRAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DRAP1 results are reported.
