Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,973 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein depolymerization, Serotonin transport, and Cellular response to platelet-derived growth factor stimulus. Each is linked with DRAP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAP1-to-partner and partner-to-DRAP1 results are reported.
