DRAM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,464 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERPINI1, MZT2A, and TUBD1. Each is linked with DRAM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAM2-to-partner and partner-to-DRAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DRAM2 versus SERPINI1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
