DRAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 636 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1216P, SNORA10B, and TRGJP1. Each is linked with DRAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAM2-to-partner and partner-to-DRAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1216P grouped by DRAM2-low versus DRAM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
