DRAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GZMH, G6PC, and CNPY1. Each is linked with DRAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAM2-to-partner and partner-to-DRAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GZMH grouped by DRAM2-low versus DRAM2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
