DQX1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DQX1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DQX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are APOBEC3AP1, ERICH1, and GAR1. Each is linked with DQX1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DQX1-to-partner and partner-to-DQX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, APOBEC3AP1 grouped by DQX1-low versus DQX1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DQX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DQX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
