Across TCGA cell cohorts, DQX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,104 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DQX1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Branching morphogenesis of a nerve, Copper ion export, and Fatty acid beta-oxidation using acyl-CoA dehydrogenase. Each is linked with DQX1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DQX1-to-partner and partner-to-DQX1 results are reported.
