DPYSL5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYSL5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,805 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYSL5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMB7, SAMM50, and PAPLN. Each is linked with DPYSL5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYSL5-to-partner and partner-to-DPYSL5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMB7 grouped by DPYSL5-low versus DPYSL5-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYSL5→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYSL5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
