DPYSL3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYSL3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,380 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, MEIS3, and SFRP4. Each is linked with DPYSL3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYSL3-to-partner and partner-to-DPYSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPYSL3 versus MYL9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
