DPYSL3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYSL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,410 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYSL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRG2, APBA3, and PSMB6. Each is linked with DPYSL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYSL3-to-partner and partner-to-DPYSL3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DRG2 grouped by DPYSL3-low versus DPYSL3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYSL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYSL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
