DPYSL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYSL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,956 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYSL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN11, SEPTIN2, and SEPTIN7. Each is linked with DPYSL2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYSL2-to-partner and partner-to-DPYSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPYSL2 versus SEPTIN11 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
