DPYSL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYSL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,851 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPYSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FXYD6, JAM2, and MYL3. Each is linked with DPYSL2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYSL2-to-partner and partner-to-DPYSL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPYSL2 versus FXYD6 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
