Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPYSL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPYSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Annexin-1, and c-Kit. Each is linked with DPYSL2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYSL2-to-partner and partner-to-DPYSL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by DPYSL2-low versus DPYSL2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
