Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPYSL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPYSL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PABPC1L2B, LGI3, and ABCG4. Each is linked with DPYSL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPYSL2-to-partner and partner-to-DPYSL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PABPC1L2B grouped by DPYSL2-low versus DPYSL2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPYSL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPYSL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
