Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPY19L4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,463 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPY19L4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA modification, RNA 3'-end processing, and Nucleoside phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with DPY19L4P1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPY19L4P1-to-partner and partner-to-DPY19L4P1 results are reported.
