Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPY19L3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DPY19L3 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DPY19L3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPY19L3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, UCEC, and LUAD are the cancer types where DPY19L3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
