The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher DPY19L2P5 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPY19L2P5 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and LGG show a favorable association.
KIRP, THCA, and THYM are the cancer types where DPY19L2P5 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
