Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPY19L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 556 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPY19L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM25A, MYL2, and FZD10. Each is linked with DPY19L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPY19L2-to-partner and partner-to-DPY19L2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM25A grouped by DPY19L2-low versus DPY19L2-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPY19L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPY19L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
