DPT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,970 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMEM119, TNS2, and PRKG1. Each is linked with DPT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPT-to-partner and partner-to-DPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPT versus TMEM119 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
