Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPRX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,829 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPACA6, ASMTL-AS1, and CSAD. Each is linked with DPRX in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPRX-to-partner and partner-to-DPRX results are reported.
