DPRX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPRX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,061 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are INCENP, NCAPD3, and CCNB2. Each is linked with DPRX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPRX-to-partner and partner-to-DPRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
