DPRX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPRX RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 411 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are TENM2, FAT1, and SCAF11. Each is linked with DPRX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPRX-to-partner and partner-to-DPRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
