Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPPA5P2 RNA differs between tumor and matched normal tissue in 1 of 18 cancer types tested, making tumor–normal expression one of DPPA5P2’s most consistent transcriptional readouts.
The strongest signal is observed in prostate adenocarcinoma (PRAD), where DPPA5P2 RNA is more highly expressed in tumor relative to normal tissue. In most cancer types DPPA5P2 is over-expressed in tumor.
PRAD are the cancer types where DPPA5P2 tumor–normal differential expression is most reproducible.
