Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPPA4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DPPA4 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher DPPA4 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPPA4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
SARC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where DPPA4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
