Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPPA3P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,648 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPPA3P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Protein-RNA complex organization, and Mitochondrial gene expression.
