Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPPA2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,598 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPPA2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Regulation of telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with DPPA2P2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPPA2P2-to-partner and partner-to-DPPA2P2 results are reported.
