DPP9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 13,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, MUC17, and LAMA1. Each is linked with DPP9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP9-to-partner and partner-to-DPP9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by DPP9-low versus DPP9-high in PAAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
