Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPP9-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated DPP9-AS1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DPP9-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPP9-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and HNSC show a favorable association.
KIRC, ACC, and MESO are the cancer types where DPP9-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
