Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,604 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Cytosolic transport, and Establishment of protein localization to organelle. Each is linked with DPP8 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP8-to-partner and partner-to-DPP8 results are reported.
