DPP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPP8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHCBP1L, FCRL4, and CLEC6A. Each is linked with DPP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP8-to-partner and partner-to-DPP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHCBP1L grouped by DPP8-low versus DPP8-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
