Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPP6 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DPP6 data layer compared with 20 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher DPP6 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPP6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and PDAC are the cancer types where DPP6 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
