DPP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,092 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRMP1, NES, and GGT5. Each is linked with DPP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP6-to-partner and partner-to-DPP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPP6 versus CRMP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
