DPP6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,728 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, MAMDC2, and RACGAP1. Each is linked with DPP6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP6-to-partner and partner-to-DPP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by DPP6-low versus DPP6-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
