DPP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,832 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRCC_S212, TNRC18_S263, and SCAF1_S725. Each is linked with DPP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP4-to-partner and partner-to-DPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
