DPP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,678 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DPP4-DT, NRP1, and TIMP1. Each is linked with DPP4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP4-to-partner and partner-to-DPP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
