DPP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,868 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, MEF2C_S240, and TACC1. Each is linked with DPP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP3-to-partner and partner-to-DPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPP3 versus PURA in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
