DPP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,817 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SSH3, CDK2AP2, and PITPNM1. Each is linked with DPP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP3-to-partner and partner-to-DPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPP3 versus SSH3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
