DPP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PI3K-p110-a, XBP1, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with DPP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP3-to-partner and partner-to-DPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PI3K-p110-a grouped by DPP3-low versus DPP3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
