DPP3

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,007 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, CAAX-box protein processing, and Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore. Each is linked with DPP3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP3-to-partner and partner-to-DPP3 results are reported.
