DPP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DPP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAI2, SH3GL2, and MSGN1. Each is linked with DPP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPP3-to-partner and partner-to-DPP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNAI2 grouped by DPP3-low versus DPP3-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
