DPM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,488 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SERF2, FMC1, and LAMTOR2. Each is linked with DPM3 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPM3-to-partner and partner-to-DPM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPM3 versus SERF2 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
