DPM3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPM3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,240 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPM3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP13, RAB25, and TYMP. Each is linked with DPM3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPM3-to-partner and partner-to-DPM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPM3 versus USP13 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
