Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPM3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,959 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DPM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are STARD8, GYPC, and EGFL7. Each is linked with DPM3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPM3-to-partner and partner-to-DPM3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPM3 versus STARD8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
