DPM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 337 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC38A8, COX5A, and MIR3927. Each is linked with DPM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPM2-to-partner and partner-to-DPM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC38A8 grouped by DPM2-low versus DPM2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
