Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DPM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DPM1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher DPM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DPM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SCLC, and LUAD are the cancer types where DPM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
