DPH3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPH3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,173 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR2, CTSL, and PIPSL. Each is linked with DPH3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPH3-to-partner and partner-to-DPH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DPH3 versus TLR2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DPH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DPH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
