DPH3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DPH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DPH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PGAP2, MTA2, and FADS1. Each is linked with DPH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DPH3-to-partner and partner-to-DPH3 results are reported.
